MAHARAJA DAKSH EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST

Sahendra Pal Khewaliya s/o shri Harpal Khewaliya resident, Saini Nagar, Khatauli, Muzaffarnagar, declare the suitable establishment of Maharaja Daksh Educational and Charitable Trust dated on 25th Dec'2006.

1. Maharaja Daksh Educational and Charitable Trust is international. Branch-Offices can be situated in any area of the world. Existing office of the society 3456/2, street no-91, B-Block, Sant nagar, Delhi-84 (India) will be remain same. The Head-Office can be transfer for achieve the target of the society.

2. Director dedicate the sum of Rs. 10,000,00/- to the society which will be the assets of t e society. Accept this whichever other assets will/found increased, will also be the asset of society. This increment can be due to any type of object of society-charity, purchase, interest, charity, rent, gift, grant, desired-object, claim or dispute.

3. The assets of society will be divided in to two parts CORPUS CAPITAL FUND and FIXED or differ from corpus. Interest/rent on fixed assets will be fixed assets. Appearance of the current assets will also be same as fixed assets.

OBJECTIVE OF THE TRUST:-

Conduct and extend the Indian Sanskriti, Sanskrit, Devnagri and other Indian language in to the public.
Establish the School, Colleges, University and Hostels for complete education and get develop them.
Land-requition and collection according to the objective and plans of Trust and establish the school and other public society/institute or the public and specially or rural public.
Get arrange the all assets of the Trust which may, where-ever and in any of the condition, and get back to the assets which had been in the claim of any society or the person without any permission due to politeness/kindness of the Director. And get printed the name of the society/Trust on that particular assets, and saved them from any type of dispute. And do hard work and to pursue in this respect. Make all assets of the Trust non disputable and fairly arrange, manage, protect and maintenance them.
The object of the Trust will be the human services in the world. Either, his cast, religion, nationality, sex, will be any one.
Conduct-extend and arrange the Higher Education, Knowledge and Yoga related to Shiksha-Diksha. For this arrange and manage school Shiviers, Library, School, Lecturer Halls Yoga Society etc.
Arrange and manage the benevolence hospital and medical and help in such works. Arrange free hospital-shiviers and helped in such work.
Arrange behavioral and physical education, opening and operating the school, and help in such works.
Opening the health-club and manage them for the health of younger and help in such type of works.
Provide the food, cloth, and residential services for the widows, poor, handicapped, and Anathalyas. Establish and manage such type of center and and help in such works.
Opening and manage the oldage-home, vanprasth-ashram and orphanage. And help in such works.
Opening and manage the sewing-centre, education-centre for the welfare and progress of the women and establish employment-centre for them and help them for being self-dependent.
Protect, help, serve to afflict in the condition of divine-distress/natural distress like-drought, earthquake, and plague and help in such works.
To do ancient and arvachin plan for save the environment from corruption, specially to save Holy Ganga River from being corruption and provide help for this and to support in the sector of seeding-transpolation, green-revolution for development and to/get arrange bird-animal, plant, garden and lake for the use of human-life, and help in such works. To Establish environmental-torrent and helped in environmental-investigation.
Manage to various affairs of income-source for the development of Trust.
